The superior double room is modern with coffee as well as juice. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, and the location is lovely next to the seafront, restaurants, the town centre and beach and amenities and train station.

The room I booked was airy and bright with fan and tea/coffee facilities. The service was excellent. The food was excellent. The location for Skegness was marvelous and lovely, close enough to buses, supermarkets, the seafront, and restaurants.
